Industry 4.0: Reimaging the Value
Our March 2020
Council meeting in Dubai is intended to provide a framework for a rigorous
discussion of reimaging the business value and what it takes to be successful
in The Project Economy, as work is increasingly organized around projects and
programs.
Our goal is to consider the implications of the 4th
industrial revolution that is reshaping the way of working in every industry.
There is no aspect of the economy that is shielded from the transformative
effect of this change. Some industries will be alerted faster than others; all
eventually will be changed.
The central core question we will explore:
How do we start, build, and sustain organizational capabilities
for successfully navigating Industry 4.0?
The Council will look to thought leaders and innovators across sectors who are leading the way. Given that our learning bias is toward action, our participants will engage in intensive reflection, discussion, and learning activities aimed at personal “unlearning” and learning.
